Sample Filament Spool Holder

I focused on three issues based on reviewing the designs of others:

1) I wanted to accommodate spool samples of different diameters and spool holders of different diameters;
2) I wanted to spool holder to separate easy (magnets)

3) I wanted the sample holder to stow away easily for storage.
