Sample OpenSCAD fonts, remixed

This is a remix of ernstwichard's tremendous work in https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6993552 to enable exploring the fonts with the customizer. It relies on the BOSL2 library to do the string matching, so it won't work in the Thingiverse customizer, but will work in OpenSCAD.

Also included are a couple stls for subsets of the full set.
