Sampling device from 3DS

It is simple and effective design. Only up and down movement required from the attachment. And forward movement of the rover to start collecting and sorting the samples. It meets all the criteria described in requirements and rules of the challenge. The device is made from Al and can be teflonized for better sliding thru regolith. The device was also 3D printed with PLA and tested in simulated circumstances. With minimum extra attention will work perfectly. It can work with 30W power consumption and less if the speed is lowered.
