Sand Shovel

As a father of two energetic boys who love playing in the sand, I wanted to create a shovel that was both practical and fun for them to use. After looking through countless 3D designs, I noticed that most available models had large, square grips that weren’t ideal for small hands. Many of these shovels were either too bulky or uncomfortable for little fingers to hold for long periods. That’s when I decided to design my own version, specifically tailored for kids. This shovel features a rounded, ergonomic handle that fits perfectly in small hands, making it easier to grip and control. The smooth curves ensure a comfortable hold, reducing hand strain and making digging more enjoyable. I also optimized the blade shape to scoop sand efficiently while remaining lightweight enough for children to lift and maneuver.
