I couldn't find what I needed for a friends Cyberpunk costume pieces that was free, so I designed one myself taking inspiration from the anime itself and various imagery found on it. I wanted the parts themself to be free moving to a certain degree so the Head and neck pieces are not necessarily connected at all. The bottom neck piece does have a small piece that will fit into a slot on the middle piece but this is mostly to judge distance between the two pieces and can be clipped off easily.
There are no connection points or holes to attach to it. This was designed to be adhered to a surface like a shirt, jacket, etc with some sort of glue.
I have been out of the 3d modeling/animation game for several years and this is one of my first projects getting back into it. A little bit of growing pains as I was accustomed to 3dsMax and since I no longer have that license, I used Blender and had to learn/relearn the workflow.
I recommend printing the head and neck file with supports
