Sanding block

I do a lot of post-production sanding, so I wanted a sanding block that would be easy to change the paper and hold it securely. I buy 1-1/2" emery cloth in bulk rolls and it works great for prepping prints for fill and paint.

All you need is to print the two pieces and two M3x10 screws, washers, and nuts. Then a piece of adhesive craft foam. (I bought mine at Michael's). The nuts fit into recesses in the bottom of the sandpaper block.
