Sanding Block V2

Remixed from jeffsburton's sanding block. I made the screws more comfortable by rounding the top knobs. With the added surface area for the fingers on the knobs, it makes it easier to turn them. I made the bottom piece narrower to accommodate the narrow sanding strips I use.
