Sanding drum spacer

This spacer prevents slipping off of the sanding bands from drum.
Additionally it overlaps, so sanding on front edge works fine.
It's designed for 1/8" shaft. That's a little bit tricky to meet exact diameter, the hole depends on slicer and material. I drilled afterwards with 3.2 mm.
