Sanding Jig for Thin Small Items

This jig holds (small) thin items so they can be sanded (instead of your fingers!). The model contains:
- Part Holders : There are different sets, one with a 1.5 and 9mm cut out and another with a 3 and 6mm cut out (in the picture I'm using the 1.5mm sides to hold a 3mm coin blank for sanding).
- Spacers : A range of spacers to keep the two Part Holders in line with each other when tightening on the object to be sanded.

You will also need M6 bolts/nuts to hold it together. I find I just need finder tightness for a snug hold but butterfly wing nuts would be easer. Just don't overtighten or you may split the fine ridge. You get need enough to hold the item without it slipping when sanding.
