My take on a sanding tool. Inspired by https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3159240
I have changed the following:
Wedge: Includes now a slot for a Nut to avoid cutting thread just into the PLA.
Knob: Is now prepared for a HexScrew to avoid unwanted turning.
To assemble the parts you will need addtionally:
1x M4 HexScrew
1x M4 Nut
1x Sanding Paper
Adhesive to fix the cap.
I print the parts on a Artillery Genius with Alfawise PLA (Gray) at 200 °C Extruder and 80 °C Bed.
I would recommend to print with reasonable brim to avoid warping.
Update:
v1: Hole for screw in the knob was to small. Enlarged to 4.3 mm.
Not anymore Work-In-Progress.
I have test printed the parts and everything is like expected.
The grooves for the fingers i modeled just by look & feel. I am really happy with the grip. Seams to fit my hand/fingers better than the design by Perinski.
The knurling is quite detailed. Let me know if it is to fine and i will add a version with less det
