Sandtrooper Pack Siphon - Shires

This is a remix of the siphon by stormtrooperguy. I revised it a bit to more closely resemble to the shires siphon it was based on. It is far from perfect, but it will do for now. Feel free to tinker and re-size as needed. I think it is close to the same size as the original shires.
