Chuck of hand power tools sometime get overtightened or loosen. I design the custom chuck tightening tools to make job easier rather than using hand. Since the chuck of using plastic so 3D printed tools will work well. Tested on photo that i cant loosening it using a bare hand. Tips : Bottom part locking (which come with hex model) might not needed if you can just hold the top part with the drill rotate > that will also working as tightening or loosening
