Santa Hat Tea Light

This streamlined Santa Hat turns the Bambu Lab flickering tea light into a warm, whimsical holiday decoration. The hat prints in three parts: support-free Hat Trim and Pom-pom, and a curved Hat Body that requires light supports. I selectively painted on fuzzy skin in Bambu Studio (to avoid the fuzzy texture appearing in areas that would interfere with assembly) to give the hat a soft, cloth-like texture that glows beautifully when lit. At about 70mm wide and 130mm long, it’s compact enough for desks, mantels, and windowsills — but still big enough to make an impact. Print it in classic red and white, or try fun color variations to match your holiday style.
