Santa Monica Insert

After using it for a while and after some requests I decided to update a few of the files. I uploaded the new versions of these 3 files with v2 appended to the names so the originals are still available. These updates are:

- Made the internal corners of the two card trays square so they are kinder to sleeved cards as well as made the walls of the trays slightly thicker (I have not sleeved mine and still use the rounded ones)
- Made the walls a little thicker and more robust on the box spacer (I recommend using this one)

I actually updated them almost three years ago but kept forgetting to upload them. If you want the new ones, you only need to reprint those files with the v2 in the names.
