sas-globe

Sas globe is a project inspired by my 15 year old son Sem. Starting October 2019 he will take on the adventure to sail across the Atlantic ocean while doing his schoolwork.

I am proud of him and as parent but will definitely miss him. In this project I created a mechanical globe that is able to show the current position of the ship he is sailing.

The most challenging part for me was the mechanical challenge to rotate the globe.
