Satellite Dish Screw Protector (Customizable)

This is a cover for the screws used to mount a satellite dish.

Usually this is not really needed, but I often have to climb onto the roof and the screws are next to my path. Over the years I scratched myself more than once on the end of the screws, which is annoying and hurts.

The dish is also mounted to a balcony, which is kind of dangerous when you stumble and crash head forward into the dish mount.

That is the reason I printed the protectors in TPU: To protect me and others. :D

You can use any other material you like to print them, just be aware it will be outside getting bombarded with UV light and heat.

The cover also protects against rust as the cover prevents water from getting to the screw and the nut. Well, At least I hope so. In my case the primary goal was to cover the pointy ends of the screws.

Depending on the screws on your dish you may need a shorter or longer heel. Since you cannot simply cut the protection (unless you don´t care about protecting t
