Scalpel Cover

This is a slight change on http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:26204 Basically i just tweaked it to my settings and changed the OpenSCAD file around.

Added the simplify3d factory too.

Don't forget to tweak it to your settings!

There's a handful of variables designed to make things a bit easier at the start of the OpenSCAD file:

`innerD = 8.15; //this is the diameter of your scalpel shaft`

`bladeLength = 28; //this is how much space you want for the blade height`
`bladeThickness = 10; // this is how wide the blade is.`
