Scanning Crew Belt Boxes

This is simple design for a Scanning Crew belt box sized to match the 501st CRL guidelines:

"Dimensions are approximately 2 1/2" (63.5 mm) by 3 1/2" (88.9 mm) by 1" (25.4 mm) thick."

You normally print two boxes wearing one on either side of your belt.

The clip is optional. In the photos I've used a short length of leather instead of the clip fixed to the belt box with screws and washers.

If you get a smooth finish from your printing bed, print the 'box main' piece face down to reduce the need for sanding/filling before you paint.
