scanning markers

These little scanner markers use a 6mm circular indicator. Body is about 20mm in diameter. The round inserts are slightly tapered making it easier to press them into the holes in the base. There's no reason to glue them in.

The black base is a glossy PETG. It is quite invisible. I often use it as supports or hold-downs when scanning. The idea it needs to be "flat" black is mistaken.

The white color was some white ABS, the only white filament I have at the moment.

For metallic projects, one base stl file has a hole for a magnet, size 8x2mm because it's what I have. This size magnet is common and inexpensive.
