You need to drill 2 holes for the bearings on top and bottom side of a 60 tooth pulley (d= 16mm deph= 5mm) and 4 holes with M4 thread, use Lower_Arm and round steel for positioning
On a second 60 tooth pulley drill 4 holes with M4 thread, use Upper_Arm and round steel for positioning.
