Schwerer Gustav 1_72 part 1

The first part of my WWII military train collection, that is going to include a multitude of different armored-trains, railway artillery, locomotives, rolling-stock...etc.

What better way to start things off, than with the biggest piece of railway-artillery ever built.

Part 1 of this project includes the gun and it's ammunition. Part 2 will include the display-base, locomotives, ammo-cars and the giant construction-cranes.

The model has been broken up into multiple modules that can be assembled/disassembled at will to make the model easier to store and move.
It can be displayed in multiple stages of operation/construction.
