Sclupto Extruder Fan Mount

One of the biggest problems I've had, and it seems many others have too, is the extruder gear getting hot and grinding away the filament. this is my idea on fixing that.
The hinged portion is designed for a 40mm fan to mount to blow cool air over the extruder gear.
To power this new extruder fan I plan to tap onto the part cooling fans power or possibly just run it to a 5v usb power. I haven't gotten that far yet.
