Scoop with dump

Someone wanted a simple scoop to go along with his freeze dryer. But he wanted to be able to dump out the back once he scoops it up. We decided he wanted something like the fry scoop at a fast food restaurant. I ended up with 3 different designs. Two that are open top and one that is closed and can act sort of like a funnel.
