Scooter E9 accelerator lock_V3

This part can be used to lock the accelerator of a ZAMELUX GREEN, S.L Model E9 scooter in any position.
For persons without a right thumb or any other disability that hinders using the thumb accelerator, this helps to ride the scooter.
On my scooter the electric break cut's off the accelerator as soon it is pressed.
