Before gluing the white front sides of the letters, make sure that the LEDs are fixed correctly and that everything is working. For the cable, there is a hole in the bottom of S, designed for a 3,5mm cable. If a larger one is needed, it can be melted with a soldering iron. Printed with a 0.4 nozzle, with standard settings on PEI plate. Very good quality for the fronts can achieved by using “Concentric” pattern on top layer. There is a modifier in the file for that.But if you need more TipTop quality, the fronts of the black base letters can be sanded.
