If you do not print two copies of the same item at the same time, the deformation will be severe.

Acrylic board can be fitted. 3mm might be good. I made it the same size as the original.
Use a SVG file to cut acrylic with a laser machine.

You can engrave and cut out with a laser processing machine, so you can like it.
I think that the fitting will be done with a file.
