I have some problems with the model this is based on. The gem slot is not shaped right to fit any gems, and you have to manually figure out a good size to print it in.
I decided to remodel it. The gem slot is now shaped to fit this:

And I have the model sized to a good printing size (about 10 centimeters to each side), meaning all you need to do is slice it yourself. Ill be posting a make once I get this done.
