This is a remix for a longer version of Zach Freedman's Scramrod ramrod for removing misfired darts from Nerf blasters.
Original:
The original Scramrod had four "middle" ramrod segments and was about 14 inches long in total.
Problem:
I have a Caliburn 4 with an 18 inch barrel, short dart adapter, and a BCAR tip. I needed an extra Scramrod "middle" segment to make it pass all the way through the barrel tip to the chamber but then it didn't fit in the case or handle when folded up. I also found that the case was very tight and I couldn't push or pull the collapsed Scramrod completely into the case.
Resolution:
I have modified the original case and handle to accept an additional Scramrod middle segment. (Print FIVE of Zack Freedman's "Ramrod_Middle.stl" when you make this.)
Additionally, I have offset all of the faces of the case interior by 0.25mm so the entire collapsed Scramrod slides in and out much more freely than before.
Final product was printed in PETG
