Here is an LED lightbox / sign of Ghostface from Scream! Black and white filament needed, printed in three parts, the front, the back and an optional stand. The front has a full layer of white on the reverse to make sure all the colours stick together well and the inside of the back has a layer of white to help with light reflections / distribution. The back has a hole for the LED strips to be inserted or as I did fit in a female USB-C connector. I used a 1m LED strip in cool white for the one pictured.
