Screen Door Wheel

Replacement wheel for screen door. Mine was rusted solid so I made one that uses a 608 bearing. There is also a bushing that reduces the size of the bearing hole to use ¼" diameter bolts (what my door uses). OD: 32mmID: 21.9mm (608 Bearing is 22mm so it's a press fit)Width: 7.1mmBushing height is 7mm It should probably be printed out of nylon or something more durable, but I didn't feel like doing all the setup and my door is light, so I just did it out of PLA. If you need to make the wheel wider or bushing taller, you can just scale up the Z value (just make sure that you have unchecked “uniform scale”) If the wheel/bearing gets pinched when the bolt is tightened, put a ¼" washer on each side (see pic) to allow it to still spin freely when tightened.
