I screenprint a lot and have always made my own screens from 2x2. I have accumulated way to0 many frames and needed more room. Speedball frames take up less space and have a channel that allows for the mesh to be removable and the frame reused. After a few trials I found a design that worked and now my frames only cost me $2. In my sample I decided to use HTV instead of emulsion and this also worked out well. Made for 0.16in spline found at Lowe's or Home Depot. https://www.homedepot.com/p/Phifer-0-160-in-x-25-ft-Black-Spline-3034720/100389842?source=shoppingads&locale=en-US&gStoreCode=6538&gQT=2 File contains two types of corner pieces as well as a test rail piece so you can test your printer's tolerances.I glued the corners and rails together with Goriilla Clear Grip or E6000.There is also a full frame included, as that was the max frame I could print.
