Screw Conveyor

This type of conveyor is used across many industries including Food Processing, material transportation, and Waste Management.


I glued the flights to the pipe and the parts of the trough together. Then used self tapping screws to screw the shafts to the pipe so if anything happens to the screw it can be taken out.

If the Solidworks Model is downloaded the shaft size, pipe size, and flight od can all be changed in the assembly and the rest of the model will change to match the new specifications.
