Screw Gauge

When designing projects that require screws you need to know what size holes to use. Some printers print circles a little larger or smaller than expected, so if you print this with your printer you can use it to gauge your screws for the appropriate sized holes. I included two screen shots showing the size of the notch openings since printing numbers small enough would not be legible. It's also good for sizing nuts. You can make hexagonal recesses to keep the nut in place and make the surface flush. Let me know if this is helpful.
