They hold some of my desk's cables (one cable per clip).
The gap is 3mm wide, so some may not fit. If anyone needs it, I can make some more variants. With my PLA it was flexible enough, so that I could twist it a bit with pliers.
Also can be used as a simple stopper/bumper (for ex., two of these stop my keyboard from falling behind the desk).
