When you need to disassemble any electronic equipment, normally you end up with a pile of assorted screws, this tray helps to keep things organized, preventing the "extra screws" to show when you put everything back together. The tray is numbered, so I advise to write a number with a pencil next to the screw holes, so in the end when putting back the screws you can erase the numbers with a rubber. I've created this tray because I had to disassemble the PS4, the size of this print is 200mm x 200mm x 15mm, so it can be printed on the majority of 3D printers. I recommend to stick 4 small rubber feet to the base of the tray so it doesn't slip. I've printed it in PLA, but you can use other filament type. I use MOI 3D (Moment of Inspiration) for most of my designs, this is an amazing piece of software, give it a go.
