I designed this specifically to have enough room around the bits to get your fingers on them but still compact. I also designed it to be warp resistant and so I shelled the part and then switched on the support option. As the support allows you to fill in the component and get some bed adhesion and yet not apply a lot of heat you end up with a component that is long but does not lift at the edges. I added some quadrants at each corner to further aid adhesion. There is no point removing the support except inside the holes for the wall mounting screws. It is sized for EZ anchors available in most US hardware stores.
I don't spend much time worrying about orientation when I design things as it is easy to spin them once you bring it into your splicing software. With all but large format printers you will need to spin this 90 degrees until it is bottom down on the table then 45 degrees around Z axis so it fits on the table diagonally.
