Scrub/Fore Plane Blade Template

I used this as a template to add an aggressive camber to a jack plane that I really didn't like (https://www.amazon.com/Stanley-12-137-No-62-Angle-Plane/dp/B002B56CUY) for use as a fore plane. Basically any rigid filament and print settings should work, just make sure to print it so the curve is in the x-y plane and the height of the guide is built up in z, so you get higher resolution for defining the curve. Glue it to the plane blade and then file or grind off the parts of the edge that are sticking over the top. Reshape and resharpen the blade and you will be able to make very deep cuts which will let you prep stock quickly.
