This is a SCSI2SD bracket for Digital Alpha VME 5. It might potentially fit AXPVME as well.
There are no premade holes for io board. After 3D printing attach the assembly to the board with double sided tape, then drill holes in the bracket through the existing pcb screw holes. Finally screw in the screws.
