Designed to be used with 2inch webbing to hold block weights in place.
Requires 2 pieces of elastic cord about 17cm in length.
I printed in TPU for a little flexibility, but other materials should be fine as well.
Can be used to to attach weights, which can then be removed during dive (safety stop) to check weighting
