Sculpfun S10 Endstop Brackets

These brackets were designed to add adjustable endstops to the existing mounting holes of the Sculpfun S10 Diode Laser.



I used the following universal 20.5mm x 20.5mm switches:

as well as 3x M5 screws that were provided as spare screws with the S10.

After placing the endstops onto the printed bracket, I used a heated blade to melt the 3 holding pins and lock the endstop switch in place, without the need for additional screws. Cut the solder pins on the backside of the switch shorter if you like a more snug fit.
