I needed a replacement scythe for my son's costume and I liked K987's design. I scaled it up, sliced it and added connectors. It fits snugly together so you may need to sand the connectors slightly. It's designed to fit on a wooden handle such as a broom/mop stick. You may need to tweak it for your own measurements. Once printed, sand connectors, slide together and glue. Fill gaps with filler, then sand. I use XTC-3d to smooth before sanding and painting. Or you can print in a silver if you're not worried about any gaps. I'll post a picture to show what it looks like before working on model. So far, I'm happy with how it turned out.
The files are numbered starting with the piece that connects to the handle (#1), then out to the tip (#4). Right now, the picture I have posted shows #2-4 connected. I'll try and get more online soon. Completed length of all pieces connected is approximately 2 feet (roughly 62 centimeters).
I printed this on FlashForge Creator Pro.
