SD and Micro SD Bible

Remix of the Micro SD carry case listed in the source. I widened the storage area to 14mm so that all the card holders fit nicely. I modified the hinge to accept a M3_17 rollpin (now included) for a fastener. It takes a bit to work it in there, but totally worth it!
