SD Card Guide for Duplicator 4S

A SD Card Guide & Blocker Version 2 for the Duplicator 4S. This is to prevent accidental insert of the SD Card into the open areas around the reader and the drop into the electronics housing area.

Snap in fit.

Version 3 Final Version
1) added longer side and front guide
2) added .5 mm between inner curve and front guide for better fit.
3) trimmed SD Card slot right side by ~1.0 mm
4) trimmed 1.0 mm in SD Card slot back side.
5) trimmed 0.5mm on back side.

I built mine from PLA.
I have included a STEP file for any tweaks you may need to customize this thing to your 4S.

Setting I used:
Nozzle Temp. 200 C
Layer Height 0.2
Infill 0.1 (10 %)
Shells 3
Platform Temp. 50 C
