Decided to make this a six card holder. I'm not cad savvy so this isn't perfect but it works. Spliced three of them together in TinkerCAD to make it work.
Print-in-Place
Nothing special for print instructions. Make sure you have a good first layer and good bed adhesion. You might have a little post print clean-up on the inside which I was able to take care of with the "included with the printer" flat head screw driver.
