sd/micro sd holder remix

i remixed this to print in place with no supports needed. and made other modifications.
its very easy to get the holders to rotate after printing. you might need a blade to slide in between the holders to loosen them. and be gentle on rotating until it breaks free and then moves easily.

* i fixed the slots to allow the sd cards to fit better.
*smoothed out sharpness at hinge. making it stronger and look nicer.
* i included the file in mm
