I made a model to test various seams with different angled corners and surfaces. There is a sphere, a cylinder, and a cone for various bending surfaces, and then a square for right angles and a triangle for acute angles. Seam gaps range from 1-16% with each model labeled on the plate side. The model is available without any settings attached if you want to set it up for yourself. But if you download the profile, everything is set for you, labeled, and ready to go. All together this model can help you dial in your seam gap settings for various shapes and angles and give you a higher quality print with little to no final processing in the end. The model is at a smaller size where seam gaps are more noticeable, so the best option should be easy to see or feel. You can also take these results and add scarf joints to get even better results with objects that can't hide the seams well in corners or other angles built into your models.
