Seated Krishna with Flute

This bronze sculpture recreation, in classic Chola style, presents Lord Krishna in a relaxed seated posture, absorbed in playing his divine flute. His expression is serene and playful, capturing the effortless charm of the Venugopala form. Three peacock feathers adorn his crown, while his hair is gathered into a bun to the side—a traditional motif seen in South Indian iconography. Krishna is depicted bare-chested, wearing only finely detailed leggings, seated on a double lotus pedestal. The sculpture emphasizes grace and rhythm, characteristic of Chola bronzes, evoking the lyrical presence of the divine flute-player whose music enchanted all of Vrindavan.
