Here is a very basic hook design that I made for my sliding back door. It is to hold the security bar in a vertical position when its unlocked. I had a lot of issues finding a way to keep the bar from falling down, but since I implemented this hook it works great and looks much better than previous methods I tried. I know this is a very specific item with a very specific purpose, but I figured there might be someone out there who can use it!
