Seed Dispenser Mod

A modification of the Garden Seed Sower by hipejoe (big thanks). I've added internal ribs which allow a gentle press-fit with the dispenser lid notches. This way the lid is retained (mostly) when using it. Gets a little dicey if you're using the smallest notch as its usually the one holding on. Have also added tab-notches on the body underside to accomodate an elastic band to hold the lid and base together, as a failsafe.
