A mini filing cabinet for holding 2x3 inch bags.

If you only partially fill it, the bags will tend to fall down. You can solve this by storing empty bags at one end. I also recommend getting thick bags that are stiff enough to stand up. 2 mil (0.002") is too thin. 4 mil is good, and thicker would be even better. If you can't get thick bags, you can cut pieces of stiff paper and insert them into the bags with the seeds.
